I received your thank you post card after having my Explorer serviced for a routine oil change/inspection on 8/29. Please know that I am completely satisfied w/ everything about Graham Auto Mall. I want to share the history of my experience since we bought our Explorer in June, 2010. First we bought a white Explorer and drove it over the Memorial Day weekend. I decided I did not like the cream-colored interior and thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask if we could exchange the white one for the red one. Couldn’t believe the Sales Team agreed to let us swap Explorers for $800 more. That was my first WOW experience.
I ordered mud flaps. Although my experience was grand for service and quality material, I was disappointed that I was charged a lot for labor to install them.
Next we heard a rattle in the dash. While making an appt. I was told that problem could continue to be a problem because rattles are hard to detect. THEN I find out you have a shuttle service ..how cool is that! My sister and I drove to Mansfld, left our SUV, and were shuttled to Kohl s, picked up and taken to our request for dining at Red Lobster, returned to Graham s and found my Explorer washed and readied for the repairman to take us for a drive to see if the rattle was fixed. I don t remember the repairman s name, but he is a keeper because the hard-to-detect rattle was unnoticeable after his expertise was done.
I have had three oil changes and multi-inspections; all to my satisfaction. Washing my SUV and cleaning the interior is such a plus. Not having to make an appt. is another plus. We had been faithful patrons of Cal Hans Mercury in Loudonville for many, many years. In buying this last Ford product, they were unable to meet our needs, desires and price, thus we tried Graham s.

I have been very pleased with the service work here. The price is always real close to the estimates. The people here understood that I have a more difficult time getting service work done since I work at night and sleep during the day. They got me out and back home in a good time. In December of 2009 I purchased my New Ford F150 truck from Graham Automall's sales lady, Jan Short. I presently have close to 35,000 miles on it. I absolutely love my truck and have had numerous great comments on it. The look of my truck is only one reason I love it. The other reason is the service I receive for my pride and joy. Thad Cetinich ALWAYS gives me and my truck the personal attention that makes me feel that my truck will be well taken care of. I wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. Just wanted to tell you guys how much a GOOD service department means. I have taken my work truck to another Ford dealer twice for service. Both times it was not done when promised which made me late for work. Problems with the boss. You guys treat us like family. Call us by name when we walk in. Offer us coffee, etc...
